Curve on Ethereum
Curve pools in Yield show wallet LP holdings and supported Staked direct Curve gauges. For a pool with staking, new Sickle deposits use the supported gauge. Wallet LP tokens and existing recovery holdings keep their own actions. A Stake DAO vault is a separate choice when available. Existing positions appear under their actual holding contract.
Standalone support covers authenticated Ethereum pools with two, three or four direct coins. Direct staking uses the supported StableSwap-NG gauges. Other Curve chains retain their existing support.
Deposit and increase
Select existing LP tokens to deposit them without changing underlying liquidity. Select the combined pool-token option to supply every direct coin in pool order, with one input per coin. Auto Max uses your balances and the pool’s reserve ratios. Native ETH can replace WETH in a pool-token combination; network gas is reserved before calculating its maximum.
Single-token deposits and withdrawals use available swap routes and prices. Metapools accept their direct coins, including a base-pool LP token. Expanded underlying deposits, one-coin exits and imbalanced exits are unavailable. Liquidity quotes protect LP mint amounts and each nonzero proportional output with positive minimum amounts.
Some pools restrict adding or removing underlying liquidity. Their action pane explains the restriction, and compatible held LP returns remain available. The reviewed yETH pool currently offers held LP recovery only. Disabling deposits does not hide an existing wallet or Sickle holding.
Direct gauge rewards
Direct gauges pay minter CRV and their extra reward tokens. Harvest claims them, and Compound reinvests through available routes. Rewards accrued in an expired extra stream remain claimable after its displayed emission rate becomes zero. A zero gauge weight alone does not disable staking.
Pending CRV is a lower bound: it may understate the amount eventually claimed. Reward automation uses this conservative estimate. Browse APR uses an unboosted estimate; a held position uses the working balance reported by the API. These calculations are separate from Stake DAO vault rewards and boost calculations.
Incomplete or stale reward reads pause Sickle action quotes while retaining the holding and its recovery information. After complete reads return, quotes resume. A killed gauge disables new staking, Increase and compounding into it; compatible claims and LP returns remain available. Wallet claims include CRV accrued before the kill. Extra emissions can continue on a killed gauge.
Swap-fee and volume history are unavailable for broader crypto and multi-coin pools. The UI keeps those values unavailable and identifies gauge reward APR separately. Existing Curve fee estimates and off-chain campaigns continue to use their own data.
Wallet receipts and recovery
Wallet LP tokens and direct gauge receipts appear in the Migrate dialog under Deposits, including receipts received by transfer. Choose Recover to open their actions.
For direct gauges, Return LP to wallet withdraws the chosen receipt amount to LP tokens. Claim gauge rewards claims minter CRV and all extra slots when reward reads are complete. Transfer to Sickle transfers the selected LP tokens or gauge receipts to your own Sickle, deploying it first when needed. The transfer preserves the actual holding contract and does not select another farm. Accrued gauge rewards stay claimable by the sending wallet.
After transfer, open the Sickle position in Deposits. An existing LP recovery position offers Return full LP balance, which returns its full current amount. For a partial withdrawal, choose the combined pool-token option to receive proportional underlying coins when liquidity removal is supported. Direct gauge withdrawals can return part of the staked LP amount. LP return remains independent of restrictions on underlying liquidity. Direct external-wallet liquidity removal uses the explicit Sickle transfer path.
Sickle gauges use the existing Auto-Harvest, Auto-Compound and Auto-Exit settings for implemented actions. Available actions still depend on current pool, gauge, reward and routing checks. When compounding is unavailable, the Compound tab keeps Auto-Compound settings available so you can disable saved automation. New activation and destination changes still require compatible holdings.
